You’re here because you want to move (more, better, with less pain, etc.). You’re here to learn about movement, but I don’t want your "learning about movement time" to become more than "actual movement time" so I’m always working on ways to make learning about movement dynamic.

All of my books are “Big Idea” books, even though they’re also full of exercises. It’s helpful to hear the big ideas again and again, but our exercise audiobooks also come with PDFs you can download—so you can see images of all the exercises and have a short list of instructions for each.
