Low-Back Bootcamp In The Barn

Lower backs often need extra care. The way we move—not only how much we move our bodies but how we move them—is often the primary reason for aches and other repetitive injuries in this area.
These free,fun, open-air (but covered) classes use precise form to mobilize and deeply strengthen all the parts that affect the lower back (abdominals, pelvis, hamstrings, shoulders) using a variety of positions: lying down, hands and knees, standing, and sitting. You will not only exercise this area in a way that specifically supports the spine, you will learn how to move during non-exercise time in a way that helps your torso get stronger and stronger. Take one class or take them all!
