“Movement micronutrients” are the smaller movements of our joints that make up the larger movements we do with our entire body. Sometimes our movement patterns are missing essential micro moves because of “sticky spots” that have developed in the body. In this 90-minute class we’ll be looking at five often-missing movement micros—subtle movements of the shoulders, hips and feet—that are often tied to pain or injury in those areas. Come learn to supplement these micros with exercise “vitamins,” and how to adjust your regular movement so supplementation isn’t as necessary.
This is a dynamic event – come prepared to move! This 90-minute class is mostly movement, with a little Q&A thrown in.
All that's required is a device connected to good internet for video streaming. A recording will be available in your account afterward if you can’t make it live!
For the best follow-along experience, create a space big enough to lie down in, with a few props handy: block, strap, and some soft bolstering, like a blanket or a couple pillows.
