The amount of information I've put out in the last 8 years is overwhelming to me. And to you as well, from what I've heard. "Where should I start?" "What should I read?" "Which exercises are most important?" There aren't any fixed answers to these questions, but in general, I suggest people begin the process towards better health--better movement, better alignment, and natural movement--at their feet.
A couple weeks ago I caught wind that April is National Foot Health Awareness month, and I got an idea. What if, instead of ninety Facebook posts, fifty tweets, two podcasts, and four blog posts about anything, instead I focus a month's worth of work on the feet, and what you choose to put around them every day?
And so, behold, this is what I am doing in April:
(Don't worry if it's too small to read; you can download your very own PDF here.)
To be clear, you don't need to join Facebook or Twitter (you can just go to the site and read along), and you don't have to read these books
although I suggest that you do (check with your library, they're usually keen to order titles like these). You'll be learning plenty by following along daily, or if you're screen-free (aka my hero) most of the time, you can catch up one day a week by reading all posts at the same time. I'll be tagging stuff with #wholebodybarefoot to make it easy to find!
That is all for now. You are free to roam about the planet.
