Excellent exercises. I am 66, new to yoga, and was told my posture was bad (and it is). This was recommended and I highly agree. Customer service was superb. The DVD I got was defective and I was offered the download right away. When my computer did not have enough space, I was mailed a 2nd DVD right away. Thank you!
