I find the exercise print-outs to be the most useful part of this video series and the Multivitamin. I can watch the videos once or twice and then self-direct the exercises with the print-out taped to my wall. As someone that has chronic low back pain and recently started developing pelvic floor pain these exercises have been a god send. Looking at a lot of these same exercises in her books always seemed *too* easy (ie not SUPER BUM BUSTING WORKOUT EXTREME) to do anything, but its amazing the difference I’ve seen in doing these every day for only a week. These exercises combined with a few visits to a PT to treat some stubborn fascia have just about eliminated my pain. Thank you Katy! I think after a few years of following your work I’m finally getting it! 🙂
