I LOVE this sequence! As someone with fibromyalgia and a history of other body trauma, this helps tremendously on the days when I can move but inwardly want to cry because things hurt so bad. When I do it as a daily routine, I notice a spring in my step and a flow that feels so good. WARNING: Those of us with Fibro tend to overdo it even in gentle movements, a lot of us are still learning to see and understand our bodies limits. So, my advice DON’T stretch, do the movements to the point where it feels REALLY good, then STAY there and BREATHE.
