Description
All over the world, people use positions of relaxation that do not necessarily involve chairs. This handy poster captures some of the most widely utilized of those positions. How many can you bring into your everyday life to help maximize your full-body use potential?
Perfect to hang in your house, waiting room, movement studio, or classroom.
Order up to five posters for the same amount in shipping!
Note: For an undetermined reason, USPS.com will not calculate shipping on this item correctly. While the cart will show $50-60USD for international shipping, actual shipping is closer to $25 out of the U.S. We will refund the excess after we’ve calculated actual shipping charges.

Hi! I am a big fan of your work and hoping to get more friends interested. I am wondering if you can make this poster without the bottom section that has your logo, promo, and links? I want to gift this to a friend and I think it would look more like “decor” that they would actually display and more like a gift without that bottom section. Thank you for considering!

Thanks for your suggestion Anna!

I love this poster and would like to purchase it – but I don’t need a speedy transport costing me 50$ to Europe. Is there any other option?
Debbie Beane –
Hi Shoshana,
We are sorry— it’s only $15-19 to ship these abroad first class, but there’s a problem on either our website or USPS’ website right now that won’t allow first class as an option for the poster! There are two ways to proceed: You can order and we’ll refund the excess shipping once the posters are packaged up, or you can wait until we sort it. We have a query in now, but we are waiting to hear back.

These look great, but is it possible to have a version where the figures look, for lack of a better word, less naked? I’d like to put this up for our family, but am concerned that some members of the family will be be too amused or distracted to pay attention to the message! Thanks for considering this.

I would like to buy one, too, but for me are the shipping costs (Germany) too high as well. Could it be possible to buy the picture as a download file? Then I could it print at the office. Just an idea. 😉

I bought this to give me ideas on different ways to position myself. Often we get the idea that we need to move but then don’t know what to do other than our habitual postures.
