Thanks Katy, I love your work. I bought these videos because I’m having reflux/heartburn lately. I realise that these will help me over time, but at the moment when I do the exercises that involve lying flat, they seem to make my symptoms worse. I try to do them either before eating first thing in the morning, or 2-3 hours after eating in the evening. If you have any further tips to reduce this, I’m all ears. Thanks for all that you do.
