Schoolhouse Series Snacks: UnDuck Your Feet – Download


Getting your “wheels” into alignment takes some work on the feet, ankles, shanks, and hips. Grab a towel and small blanket (or bolster) and discover how much motion you have in those joints, and how much more you could have.

THIS PRODUCT IS  A DOWNLOAD. If you want to download it to your iDevice, first download to your computer and then synch to your iDevice via an app like iTunes or Dropbox. Apple only allows direct downloads to its iDevices via iTunes or other approved providers. Alternatively, you can stream on an iDevice and download onto most other non-Apple devices. 


Schoolhouse Series Snacks are each just 20 to 30 minutes long–perfect to squeeze into your day–that deal with various body parts, issues, and topics. Next to each class is a short description of what that class contains.

Schoolhouse Series classes assume completion of the Level 1 Alignment Snacks, and are slightly more advanced.
