This course was incredibly helpful for me — it actually sparked something of a breakthrough in my movement education. I had previously gone through some of the Whole Body Biomechanics course, but having the same material organized into 12 thematic lessons really helped me get it in a way that I hadn’t quite before.
Each of the 30-minute lessons provides a nice movement flow, and I return to some of them every once in a while, even after having finished the course. And the 15-minute coaching sessions are fabulous — they were my favorite part. They are simple, engaging and ingenious, often using everyday items and structures — a blanket, the edge of a rug, a door frame. They have really helped me incorporate small bouts of movement into my day.
I highly recommend this course to anyone who’s just starting out or could use some help in learning Katy’s exercises and weaving movement into everyday life.
