Hyperkyphosis is often the root issue in neck, spine, sacroiliac, and shoulder problems, yet there is no real way to measure spinal curvature beyond an informal visual assessment. Every professional has learned to “read the body” for postural cues to some degree, but posture is extremely subjective and is usually hiding true bony alignment. By learning to utilize a few simple objective markers, you will be able to uncover the true alignment buried beneath the surface and will better understand why your (or your client’s) pain continues despite ongoing treatment.

This course was great. I didn’t read the description well enough though. I was hoping for exercises to correct my kyphosis? Can you recommend one of your videos for correcting the kyphosis? Thanks!
