Stretch those muscles you need for walking. Do it while standing– it’s harder that way!

THIS PRODUCT IS  A DOWNLOAD. If you want to download it to your iDevice, first download to your computer and then synch to your iDevice via an app like iTunes or Dropbox. Apple only allows direct downloads to its iDevices via iTunes or other approved providers. Alternatively, you can stream on an iDevice and download onto most other non-Apple devices. 


There are 22 classes in the Alignment Snack Level 1 Series, each just 20 to 30 minutes long– perfect to squeeze into your day– that deal with various body parts, issues, and topics. Next to each class is a short description of what that class contains.

Katy filmed the Level 1 Series when she was 10 weeks postpartum. They are extremely gentle, yet effective, and they are an excellent way to begin introducing your body to new movements. (Please excuse the occasional yawn and breast-milk stain. All part of real life!)

    I was expecting this video to talk about how to walk and stand properly. It’s really just seemed like a stretching exercises that are repeated several times. It didn’t really give me information I was hoping would help me learn how to walk properly (in terms of paces, where my weight should fall, what part of foot should feel the pressure, how much knees should bend and what position our stomach/pelvis/chest should be), so this wasn’t really that helpful for learning how to walk well and stand well.

    Love this class! So many alignment folks focus on trying to achieve a certain position without addressing the muscle issues that keep it from being easy. This class works to lengthen & strengthen the muscles that make a healthy gait work.
