PANDEMIC CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If the workshop is canceled due to mandated shutdowns, participants will be fully refunded (less a $25 admin fee).
We reserve the right to cancel any event due to low attendance (five or fewer), instructor illness, or unforeseen calamity. If we must cancel an event, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another similar/rescheduled event. For low attendance-related cancellations, we will notify you at least two weeks before your event. If you’re booking travel and accommodations prior, please contact your event instructor to stay abreast of enrollment!
No transfers or refunds given for cancellations within 30 days of a workshop unless we can fill your spot. If you can no longer make it, please email us; we might have someone on the waitlist! You are also welcome to send someone in your place (please email your instructor and let them know of any changes). Exception: In case the participant tests positive for Covid illness within 10 days of the workshop we are offering full refunds (less service charge of $25) up to the day of the event. Save your dated test results to submit for refund.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR POSITIVE COVID TEST RESULT
If you test positive for Covid-19 please send positive test results to your MYDNA instructor. You may forward emailed lab results from a PCR test or you may take a picture of a positive rapid test next to a newspaper/computer calendar (something that verifies the date of the test).
