Park in the lot and walk down to the lower fields through the main entrance; we’ll meet near the stage. Sorry, dogs not allowed.
Equipment to bring
- a mat or blanket to lie on
- a blanket or two (for bolstering)
- our Calf Stretch dome (if you don’t have one, don’t worry about it)
- and strap (belt, long scarf) of any type
a block if you have one
We will have some extras on hand and chairs will be available if needed. Read through this article for items that make great substitutes.
Bonus Warm-Up Before Class
To give back to farm that’s letting us hold classes there, we’ll be holding a “Weeding Warm-Up” from 9:30-9:50. Move your body in a practical way, ask questions about gardening form (and whatever else) and enjoy the extra nature and movement time. The farm will provide gloves and tools. This isn’t required but offered to anyone interested.
If you are feeling unwell, or have a fever or cough, do not attend class.
We will have hand sanitizer on site.
Have a mask handy for when maintaining 6’ distance is not possible. Class is outside; no need to wear them while exercising—we have plenty of space for everyone to space their mats well.
No registration is required and these classes are free.
Due to the nature of Katy's travel schedule, last-minute instructor substitutions are possible. We update this page as soon as we know of any changes, so please check here regularly.
