Take one class or take them all!
Have you heard of friluftsliv? It’s a Norwegian word that translates to “free air life” also known as “outdoor living.” The health benefits of engaging with nature, including fresh air—yes, even cold air—are many.
With that in mind we are very excited to offer a weekly ‘open-air' class. Open-air classes take place under a covered structure with one open wall to allow for air movement. You’ll be moving but you’ll also be getting a big dose of fresh air. When the weather isn’t rainy, we also have the option of shifting class out into the full sun. Remember to dress warmly!
These classes are FREE; find more details below

As of March 11, masks are no longer mandated for classes. Please feel free to wear a mask if you prefer, and see local health officer suggestions about masking. Barn doors will stay open and we’ll keep mats spaced as possible.

No registration is required and these classes are free.
Due to the nature of Katy's travel schedule, last-minute instructor substitutions are possible. We update this page as soon as we know of any changes, so please check here regularly.
