If you want a toolkit of moves you understand well
Our Whole Body Biomechanics programs each dig into 25 individual exercises. Learn the X, Y, and Z of each move. Great for movement professionals, detail-oriented learners, or anyone who has a specific area of their body they want to move in a focused way. Each course also comes with two 10-minute flow-style routines (one beginner, one more advanced), three “Home Gym” lessons on where to fit the exercises into your daily life, and a short routine easily done at your desk in minutes!

If you’re not sure in which order you want to approach them, please note that core anatomy—the pelvis and ribcage—are often displaced by a lack of mobility in the upper and lower body.
